Return and Exchange Policy
1-We are happy to exchange any unworn item returned in a saleable condition in its original packaging, and with its receipt, claimed within 07 days of delivery.
2-You can return the Item on our given address after brand’s representative confirmation
3- Products must be returned in a new condition, with the pricing label secure.
4-Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
5-Please note that the product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources, or your monitor settings. Thus, products are not eligible for exchange for these particular reasons.
6-Exchange for another item is applicable and any additional cost on top of the item will have to be paid by the customer.
7-We do not offer any courier service compensation if the customer sends the item back unless requested by our representative.
8- Stitched can never be refund or exchange
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
1- An order can't be cancelled if it is in process, however if a customer wishes to cancel an order 50% will be deducted as a processing fee.
2-We do not offer returns and exchanges on any of our International orders.
3-In case of any defected or damaged item being received by the customer, a fresh item will be sent again after necessary investigations of the claim. The customer should notify discrepancy within 07 days of the online order being delivered.
4-There is no refund or exchange in case of change in mind
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
